Omega 3
Suggested dosage: 1 softgel daily with food
Magnesium Glycinate
Take 2 tablets before bedtime.
NAC
Suggested dosage: 1-2 capsules per day.
Ovasitol
Suggested dosage: 1 leveled scoop twice daily with breakfast and dinner.
Ingredients
Omega 3
Strength: Each softgel contains 1.29 grams of fish oil concentrate, 967 mg of total omega 3 fatty acids, 515 mg of EPA, and 385 mg of DHA.
**Contains: Fish (Alaska pollock, Pacific whiting [sources of fish oil], tilapia [source of fish gelatin]) from certified sustainable sources.**
Other ingredients: Softgel (tilapia fish gelatin, vegetable glycerin, and purified water), GRAS enteric coating (ethylcellulose, sodium alginate, purified water, ammonium hydroxide, medium-chain triglycerides, oleic acid, and vegetable stearic acid), and mixed natural tocopherols.
Magnesium Glycinate
2 tablets is 200 mg of Magnesium as magnesium bisglycinate.

NAC
Strength: Each capsule contains 900 mg of N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine.

Ovasitol
Each scoop contains 2,000 mg of myo-inositol and 50 mg of D-chiro-inositol. Tasteless, gluten free, additive free. Dissolves in water.
