Appointments may be rescheduled through your dashboard at no charge if at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, as well as missed or no-show appointments, will result in loss of the appointment and a $50 cancellation fee. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a $50 rescheduling fee, and the appointment will be moved to a new date and time.
